These illustrations are for a publisher called Mantra Lingua which specialises in bilingual and interactive books- they are setting out to make their books more appealing to young adults and commissioned me to write and illustrate a story- any story! Which was great! It has themes of archaeology and Egyptian mythology so also has a hieroglyphic key with which to translate hidden messages in the images…
