ELEVENSES GIN
Art direction | Branding | print
Brief: Elevenses approached me to Design a logo and labels for a new range of Gins based on a sketch and using existing illustrated assets.
After some initial success, they refined their range of products and asked me to redesign their labels with my signature illustration style.
Elevenses distillery is a family run business connected with the outdoors and the name is associated traditionally with hunting. They wanted a simple logo to incorporate their family dog, and labels for a range of gins.
I designed the logo and labels for a clean consistent look across the range that could easily be added to, and metallic inks with gloss paper for a high end finish.

Challenges:
The original sketch provided wasn’t well designed
The illustrations provided were not a suitable for print
Solution:
We discussed the practical issues around the initial design both as an individual bottle and as part of a range, then provided them with an alternative design for the labels.
Reworked the illustrations and created new artwork for the range keeping a limited palette for consistency and considering the design over the range as a whole.
Delivered:
Logo & six gin bottles with branding that can easily be extended to further flavours.
