I’ve not been using Facebook for long, but as a requirement to use Instagram and Mailchimp together, I was required to set up a page.
Do conversations in facebook create more engagement than other channels? For small businesses are you shooting yourself in the foot if you don’t publicize on facebook- and conversely- does facebook render your own website redundant for conversations?
